Being important organizational part of our company Service employes experienced and reliable servicemen capable of dealing and solving our clients'problems.
It is important to point out that we have service centers in several cities in Serbia, thus excelerating business process and efficiency.
As a result of constant improvement of our service support and adjustments we made to the world's business standards, we are able to take over the equipment which needs to be serviced within a single day. Apart from that, our clients are able to monitor servicing proces' phases on line and obtain accurate information of the service complition.
We try to complete servicing process in the shortest time possible, having in mind the impact of IT equipment soundness to the end user's business results and losses its malfunction can cause. In our company, the average servicing process lasts for five working days.
PIN Computers has alocated special thelephone lines for clients who feel that their problems can be solved faster and cheaper over the phone, thus adding to expert help efficiency. We use CRM software which provides our servicemen with complete client's service history which considerably simplifies process of defect diagnosing and solving.
Our distribution covers all market and sales channels. Tradiotional ones – specialised IT equipment stores and other technical equipment stores of various capacities, system integrators – solution partners, as well as big retail partners – big shopping chains stores, chains stores of various commodities and big specialised technical eqipment stores.
